We take a traditional mix of gindulgent botanicals, cinnamon, nutmeg and other spices then finish with a tonic twist. Select an extraordinary night from the bar fridge bazaar. Your G&T without the tears.

Naturally sweetened with stevia. In fact the recipe is based on the concept of a 'sonic' half soda half tonic. This allows us to use almost no sweetener!
Ingredients: (local and imported) Carbonated Australian spring water, juniper berry, lemon, lime, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, stevia quinine and cinchona bark.

We couldn’t be prouder of our packaging. It took 9 months to develop a solution that was durable, attractive and memorable. We acknowledged that we wanted first time customers to remember our products and our packaging enough to buy again. Just because its non alc doesn’t mean the packaging needed to be boring. Packaging love!!!!

ARE YOU KIDDING, this community is amazing, only 22 cases and then we are SOLD OUT. Developing a new product with a newborn baby was interesting to say the least but I am so pleased I pushed on in time for Dry July. Paddy was so good being hustled back and forward to the micro brewery while we created the D&S. A reminder it’s exclusive for online and my very first manufacture of the recipe with feedback welcomed.
